Telindus France's customer service centre offers its customers assistance and maintenance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In this section, you will find all the information you need to contact our Hotline and ask for an incident ticket to be opened.

Telindus customers with a service contract > for a priority 2 to 4 incident, please log in to the Telindus web portal https://esupport.telindus.com/ (to obtain your access logins, simply send an e-mail to ClarifyPortail@telindus.fr). For a priority 1 incident, please call our Hotline on 0821 20 3000. Always have your contract number to hand when you call us.
