Integration
New employees are integrated in four phases:
- Arrival circuit
On your first day at our premises, this circuit gives you the chance to obtain all the information and material essential to your job (badge, mobile phone, PC, car, etc.) - Introduction to your new your job by your direct report
This is a special meeting with your manager, during which the exact missions and objectives of your first few weeks within the company and your team will be clearly defined. - Integration day
On the integration day, each business unit or departmental director will present the mission and organization of their entity and will provide you with all the necessary information for a good understanding of our offer and associated services. During this event, participants can get to know each other, especially over a group lunch. - Professional integration plan
This gives you access to an individual plan composed of meetings and training sessions as well as learning on the job with your manager, which is directly linked to your position.
