Training is an essential factor in the performance of Telindus France by allowing employees to develop their competences and encourage their professional evolution.

In order to participate in this development, every employee at Telindus France has a "Personal Training & Development" meeting with his/her direct report every year.

This meeting is a chance to look at the training which the manager and employee consider necessary within the framework of professional activity, as well as the desire to evolve in the short and medium term (broadening your skill base, changing profession, geographic mobility, etc.).

The range of courses is a priority: technical training, certification, specialization and personal development are proposed to employees according to their wishes and the company's needs.

The majority of these training sessions are internal thanks to the involvement of our employee-experts, who become internal trainers for a few days, and thanks to Telindus Group's own training centre, the John Cordier Academy (JCA).

The training access rate represents an average of 76 % of our staff.
With a training budget representing 4 % of the wage bill, Telindus France offers an average of 3.6 days of training per person per year.
 
A complete support program to increase skills: Telindus ACE

In order to offer our customers the best technical experts in the domains of networks and security, Telindus has set up a program called "Telindus Advanced Certified Expert" (Telindus ACE). This program offers employees with strong potential individualized management of their professional development.

This program is composed of three parts:
  • A technical part. Every employee is steered towards one or more expert-level training courses.
  • Implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during training courses at customer sites.
  • Finally, the third part deals with the behavioral aspect of employees.
By setting up the Telindus ACE program, Telindus France hopes to create loyalty among its best employees for the maximum benefit of its customers.
